What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
The quality levels differ in concentration, projection and longevity on the skin. Standard is ideal for blending your own perfumes, Premium for more intense and long-lasting creations.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed by 12 noon leave our warehouse the same day. Delivery in Germany 1–2 working days, rest of Europe 1–3 working days.
Can I order without VAT as an EU business?
Yes. With a valid VAT ID, business customers from the EU can order without German VAT under the reverse-charge procedure.
Are IFRA certificates and safety data sheets available?
Yes, we provide an IFRA certificate and safety data sheet for every fragrance oil on request.

Yes. Our experienced team supports you from A to Z. Reachable by phone on working days 1:30–4:30 pm or in person by appointment.
